Basic Terms and Conditions of Lease
  • Vehicle(s) delivered road-ready
  • The vehicle lease is a standard western style lease document in English

  • Lease pricing may be subject to local duties and/or taxations

  • Customized km/mileage allowance

  • Level quarterly payments—No cash or lump sum down payment

  • Payments to be made in US dollars

  • Insurance or self-insurance certificate is required

  • Vehicles/equipment may be utilized under the same lease in different countries, and under different projects

Comprehensive Maintenance Plans Available
  • Manufacturer warranty available in most countries

  • Preventative maintenance plans in most countries

  • Mechanical, body and armor repairs available

  • For remote areas, on-site preventative maintenance packages may be provided with the vehicle at delivery and the costs included in the lease pricing

Lease Types
Fleet Finance/Open End Lease—a lease end value of $1.00 US dollar is established at the lease inception.
  • The lessee owns the vehicle at lease end
  • Lessee may continue use of vehicle or sell the vehicle or sell the vehicle realizing a return of capital
